What are you going to do and how you are going to sell my home. You will be
surprised if you asked that question to 5 different realtors before letting anyone handle
your transaction and or listing. We are not your plain boring realtors that have no
creativity nor a single idea as to how to adapt to current market conditions, but rather
have an open mind to generate unsurpassed traffic to your property that will generate the
fastest best possible and feasible relief to any given situation or scenario that investor
may hold. One thing is for sure that there is 1001 way of selling your home, one of these
ways that no longer works is to let some realtor who has no knowledge nor capacity or
funding to match, beat and TRY, to compare to what we have to offer.
First of all, listing
your property in multiple listing service and putting a pretty sign in front of your home
is not going to sell your home
.Here is why
because all other 2000 people in
your area are doing the same thing. You just end up in an ocean of inventory.
Florida Statute Chapter 475
clearly identifies that realtors dont advertise, Brokers Do!!! What does this
mean??? Realtors cannot advertise unless it is approved by the Principal Broker of the
office. It is a rule of thumb that majority real estate offices within have a competing
atmosphere and or rule of guidance. Meaning that the Principal broker is for him self and
all other agents are for them selfs as well
So when ever a broker approves
advertising it is in competing manner creating No unity,
No any type of Team Work and just in house competition. This structure is found 98
% of the time
and it is not healthy, realtors practice same old techniques that
no longer work, without learning anything and if there is any type of creativity, it stays
in secret with the broker of the office.

start. To gain an advantage and head start we deal with everyone and anyone that has
anything to do with any type or part of real estate and or finance transaction, but
thats not all. We are referral network, dealing directly with professional and
consumer public markets. 80% of our business that results in success is from relocating
self employed entrepreneurs that are moving to state of FL. How is this possible??? Direct
Marketing!!!!!
What is direct Marketing??? It is
not an ad in a paper or magazine, it is not a sign in your yard, but it is the type of
marketing that is brought to people without the general consumer public having to look for
it. For Example: like OUR COMPANY cargo van wrapped in one big AD, or a direct flyer and
or mail piece, direct email, a sign in traffic not at your house, and basically any type
of AD that does not require a client to flip through 40 pages in a magazine or news paper
or spend their weekend to look for your home in order to see your ad and or FOR SALE SIGN.
Our division does not spend time on anything else other then Direct Targeting and
marketing.
We bring the ads to public
directly while they are busy with their every day life. For Example Our website does not
generate 10,000 hits a day with ALL TYPES of people just looking at all types irrelevant
to real-estate information, but we do get 1,000 2,000 HITS of only those who are
relocating and are interested specifically and or only in RENT 2 OWN. Or Email for
example: we dont spam just to thousands of people blindly wasting bandwidth,
time and money, but we do email just only to those who are registered, signed up and
actively looking. IT IS OUR TRADE SECRET AND IT IS FLAWLESS!!!!.
It is important to know that over
1,000 People are moving to State of Florida every day. It is also imperative to know that
not even 2% of the relocation market is being targeted.
One thing is evident that everyone
in Central FL is a real - estate expert without a license and knows exactly what their
property is worth. And with that being said in 2003 when homes were being
built and sold for twice as cheap then today in 2006 , no one could afford them. How come? And
where did the growth come from???? Majority
of relocating Self Employed entrepreneurs are not confused with unlicensed opinion neither
that they are driven by a location of choice like the majority of general local population
that could not afford housing in 2003 2004 when it was dirt cheap, but instead, all
I heard from locals oOH!!! Its too far and too expensive, 100% of the time. They
could not afford the pricing then nor now and are absolutely blinded only by two things,
which is convenience of commute and how to supposedly save money on gas. The growth
however on other side is being consumed slowly by the relocating, savvy, Self Employed,
entrepreneurs that know how to spend, manage and save on their purchase as well as to gain
advantage on per square foot basis. Builders are selling slower but just as well as
always. City of Orlando and its adjacent areas have been economically booming better then
ever!!! That is why you see a huge commercial Real estate market rise that is being
taken advantage of. So dont get stuck advertising to locals who dont have the
